Job Description :   - Manage the Marketing function and the marketing team for Razorpay  - Develop and own the Payments Brand and the Payments Marks for all products (existing and new launches) and define the brand attributes and drive brand recognition  - This role covers both On Razorpay and Off Razorpay marketing which covers external traffic channels, marketing in brick and mortar stores  - Closely partner with the Traffic and Integrated marketing Teams to conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns to drive a monthly active base of customers for the Razorpay Payments Business  - This position is based out of Bangalore  - 8+ years experience in marketing  - End-to-end program management experience  - Experience in analyzing data for the greatest return on invested time and resources  - Experience working in a fast-paced environment  - MBA from a reputed organization  - Superior verbal and written communications skills  - Ability to conceptualize and execute projects, with strong bias for action, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, and exceptional attention to detail  - Familiarity with digital marketing. This may include experience managing email marketing, display advertising, social media and website content management projects, among other areas.  - Ability to take full ownership of areas of responsibility, not merely respond to requests and take direction, but anticipate and solve for problems that haven't yet occurred, imagine improvements and innovations, and implement solutions autonomously  - Ability to capture, measure, and interpret relevant data and take appropriate action as a result  - Experience in cross team collaboration, working across an organization as an effective project manager  - Experience managing complexity in both large companies as well as small, entrepreneurial organizations
