Rays power is a established solar company in India by IITians, funded partly by US based IPP investors, doing large scale solar projects all over the country. Now we are starting our roof top division keeping in mind the aggressive targets set by government of India of 40,000 MW roof top by 2022.   We are looking for a CEO/managing/working partner for this division which will use the existing infrastructure, credential, resources and know how of Rays power and scale up rapidly the roof top business all over India.   The concerned will also keep some equity stake in the company which can be discussed across the table.   The zeal to do something entrepreneurial, path breaking and extra ordinary is very important.  The candidate should have Excellent communication, team building skills, self motivation, good industry contacts, market knowledge and dynamic personality and ability to drive as self owned venture.
