Job Responsibilities:   - Updating Operational Risk Policy to ensure that the policy reflect best practice   Perform and coordinate Operational Risk framework components which includes:   - Risk and Control Self Assessments (RCSA) and due-diligence reviews   - Operational Risk Reporting and Analysis   - New Business Initiatives (NBI) Risk Reviews   - Record Operational risk incidents and associated process breakdowns   - Assisting the Principal Risk Owners and Principal Risk Coordinators with the identification of key risk indicators in their business units   - Report Key Risk Indicators (KRI) breaches and deriving root cause for significant deviations   - Document action plans and report on issue status from RCSA’s and Audits  - Aggregating and analyzing risk events reported by the business units into the Basel 2 categories  - Participate in project teams and liaise with the business unit representatives  - Work closely with internal audit, compliance and other key control functions for integrated control reviews  - Build and maintain strong relationships with business management, business support heads and other areas of risk management domestically  Qualification:  - Graduate minimum (First class)  - Post graduate (MBA) with relevant concentration in finance or business management. (Part time/Full time)  - Professional Certifications in Risk Management (Basel, FRM, ERM) would be an added advantage.  Experience:  - At least 6-8 years of experience in wholesale banking (Trade finance, corporate payments etc.) with atleast 2-3 years in operational risk/internal control/Internal Audit environment
