Job Responsibilities:  - Follow the Governance model as defined by the PMO.  - Prepare & update project documents such as project plan, project scope statements, cost estimates, resource plans, communication plan, risk register & issues log.  - Prepare work break down structure & update whenever scope changes.  - To own project performance parameters  - Measure project performance through quality tools.  - Monitor and control the schedule, budget, quality of the project.  - Manage project escalations with stakeholders.  - Manage & Chair project calls with stakeholders.  - Avoid any scope creeps to the projects  - Submit Change proposals as per demand of the project or as requested by the stakeholders.  - Prepare project performance report & share with stakeholders on a periodic basis.  Ensure projects are planned and executed without ignoring the following:  - Project team roles and responsibilities  - Risk and Issue identification and management  - System and Operational Acceptance testing  - Deployment planning, management and transition to live operation  - Training: Business and IT (as needed)  - Operational support plans  - Manage the handover of new applications to operations once the project is set to close.  - Ensure business benefits can be realized or that risks inhibiting realization are highlighted.  Essential:  - Graduate minimum and professional certification (e.g. Prince 2, PMI, etc.)  Technical Skills :  - Operating Systems Windows, Linux  RDBMS MSSQL, Oracle, MySQL  - Information Security Knowledge of firewalls
