Position Purpose   - Head the AML and Ops risk related projects for the Business as a Business Solutions head in Retail Liabilities BSG  B. Position Responsibilities  Key Responsibilities  1. Managing the Process and System solutions implementation for AML and Ops risk for the Bank  2. Work closely with Compliance, Ops Risk Business and Operations for implementation of the processes  3. Review the changes happening in the Industry and implement ideas and innovation for the Business in the Wealth Management Domain  4. Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements in process and system implementation  5. Ensuring Quality testing and should have full control on the project implementation  C. Qualifications and Experience Requirement  Qualification :Graduate minimum  ExperienceEssential:  - Experience of 8-10 years in Financial Services with minimum 5 years experience in AML team and Ops risk team  - Understanding of Indian regulatory requirements on AML. Should have fair knowledge on the international trend on AML.   - Should have managed implementation of process and system functionalities as part of the job.   - Should be able to document end to end process for the product for the Bank.  D.
