Knowledge of travel and hospitality domain would be an added advantage  - Explore and identify potential new strategic alliances and partnerships  - Develop new business models for RateGain (Exclusive Resellers, OEM, JV, etc.)  - Identify potential technology collaboration opportunities, define joint solutions, develop business cases, and drive go – to market strategy  - Work with RateGain legal team in drafting, reviewing and formalizing all commercial arrangements, agreements and contracts.  - Experience of selling to “C” level  - Help assist and lead the marketing efforts - B2B marketing, webinars, white papers, tradeshow participation.  - A sound understanding Asia Pacific geographies in selling software and services sector in travel and hospitality domain would be a distinct advantage  Education, Skills & Experience:  - Minimum 10 years of experience  - Confidence in presenting / speaking at industry events / workshops by effectively using a range of presentation skills i.e. body language, voice tone etc.  - Background in selling SAAS based solutions.  - Strong communication skills  - Strong persuasive skills and ability to influence decision makers  - Matrix oriented  - Applies expert knowledge and understanding of all business development activities  - Prior International market development experience is required.  - MS/MBA from Tier 1 school in India or abroad
