Key Responsibilities :
- Primary responsibility will be to manage all leadership hiring for domestic or offshore roles
- Manage all US, Europe, APAC Sales leadership hiring
- Work with business head to understand requirements and create strategic hiring plans
- Augment organizations visibility and position Rategain as an "Employer of choice"
- Partner with and build relationships with business leaders, key stakeholders, professional organizations
- Understanding defined market attributes to assist in developing recruiting strategies for long term and sustained growth
- Communicate progress to business - coordinate ad HOD reporting regarding recruiting progress
- Manage sources used to generate pipeline independently
- Manage recruiting costs effectively
Key skills required :
- Significant time spent in leadership hiring for US, Europe or APAC or other offshore regions
- Experience of working with Executive search firms will be an added advantage
- Must have closed positions at Director/Senior VP/CXO levels
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment for niche skills
- Knowledge of key recruiting craft skills, including various sourcing, candidate selection, selling and negotiating techniques, as well as candidate management systems
- Heavy experience with key sources for candidates as well as the proven ability to develop a network to source experienced candidates
- Ability to operate efficiently and effectively within a matrix, geographically dispersed organization
- Demonstrated good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively work through other people and be collaborative, cross-functional, and diplomatic with strong teaming skills
- Exceptional negotiating skills with internal and external clients/candidates
