- Successfully review job descriptions to understand Business Need and ask questions that will help identify the right candidate(s)
- Understand job requirements and plan sourcing through targeted approach.
- Knowledge of sources/job portals used for overseas hiring is mandatory
- Engage candidates through touch points to intain minimal time lapse and constantly follow up for feedback, keeping candidates always active and updated
- Offer & On-boarding offered candidates and ensuring a high percentage of joining ratio by following onboarding process
- Process oriented - Hiring within the SLA and within the defined process guidelines.Adherence to process is critical
Education : Graduate/Post Graduate from a reputed institute
Experience : At least 4 years of relevant experience in Technology hiring and exposure to overseas hiring for example; APAC, Europe and US is a must
Skills :
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good aptitude and analytical skills

Ability to understand technology skills
Confidence & Screening : The ability to be assess candidates based on limited technical knowledge, on behavioural, cultural and stability aspects. Ability to ask or confront with difficult questions.

Should have worked on MS Office.
