Education B.Tech/ BE/ MCA

Experience: minimum 8 years; including 1 complete Project Life Cycle Implementation

- Must have experience in handling Government Projects in Transport sector

Responsibilities:

- Project planning, estimation & Client interaction

- Thorough understanding of Risk Management process

- Understanding planning of Transport Project (AVLS & AFCS), i.e. Vehicle tracking/ GPS project & automatic fare collection / ETM machine Project

- Direct and manage project team needs with respect to meeting project delivery

- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.

- Manage interaction with Clients & Partners

- Manage inter-departmental collaboration on projects, with a common understanding of project priority, scope, and timelines.

- Report on project progress against plan

- Drive the compliance of SLAs

- Help define KPIs for the project's success, take regular measurements, and report on the same

- Understand financials of the Project (Gross Margin, Net Margin, Adjusted Margin)

- Analyze project metrics to ensure compliance to quality

- Interact Supplier & follow up for delivery

- Managing deliver projects time line and budget levels
