Education: B.Tech/ BE/ MCA

Experience: min. 7 yrs; including 2 complete Bid Management

- Must have experience in handling Projects in Transport sector like: Bus/ Railway/ Metro

Responsibilities

- End-to-end Bid Management

- Preparation of Pre-Bid Queries and attending Pre-Bid Meeting with Prospective Clients

- Lead a team of Profesionals

- Coordination with Delivery, Finance, Legal and other stakeholders

- Planning and Scheduling meetings as per Internal Calendar/ Timelines

- Feasibility analysis including Eligibility and Technical Evaluation Criteria of RFI/ RFP/ Tenders for Management approval

- Review of Pre-Qualification (PQ), Technical and Commercial Proposals

- Negotiation of deals with Prospective Clients and Vendors

- Delivery of competitive and winning Proposals/ Bids within defined timeframes
