- Understanding the Customer Requirement

- Maintaining Customer database. Collections/Receivables Management. Market Study, competition benchmarking

- To gather the specific requirements of the prospective customers.

- Solution Preparation/Proposal based on Customers Requirements

- Product demonstrations

- Proof of Concept Creation
