This role is with Rangriti, from the house of BIBA Apparels Pvt Ltd, which is a homegrown fashion brand in women wear.  Purpose of the Job :  The Marketing Manager is responsible and accountable for working with key management to develop and execute marketing strategies and tactics and meeting sales and profit goals and works cross-functionally with a large team to ensure plans are executed.  Applying candidates must have 5-7 yrs. of experience with at least 4 yrs. purely into BTL (Below the line (BTL) advertising is more one to one, and involves the distribution through pamphlets, promotions, brochures placed at the point of sale, on the roads through banners and placards. It could also involve product demos and samplings)  Key Result Areas for the Incumbent  Process Responsibilities :  - Partner with Sales Team and identifies product gaps, market trends, and concept development on a daily basis  - Planning and implementing communication objectives for internal as well as external customers Develops maintains and coordinates a marketing plan that aligns marketing activity  - Keeping track and maintaining all the records of all the activities carried out for partners /vendors Maintaining and ensuring Malls branding requirements  - Identify vendors to assign projects based on the received brief  Financial Responsibilities :  - Manages and contributes to the development of advertising and promotion budgets.  - Responsible for some aspects of the overhead budget, however, approvals are required from Dept.
