Job Title : General Manager - Marketing

Purpose :

- Grow the business and improve margins

- To help set the agenda and direction for the company

Responsibilities :

- Reporting to the President, the Head of Marketing will create and implement marketing strategy in a relevant and compelling way

- Establish sales and marketing plan, target setting, measurement and achievement of sales plan

- Identify new opportunities in various markets and accelerate customer acquisition

- Brand building and management

- Collaborate with other marketing leaders and support strategic business needs and initiatives of the group

Desired Profile :

- BE (Full-time must)

- Overall 15 to 25 years of experience with at least 10 years of experience in marketing of auto components to OEM and Tier 1 suppliers

- A deep understanding of marketing strategy and overall OEM landscape

- Proven team management and leadership experience; able to inspire others

- Strong financial and commercial acumen

- Excellent organization skills and structured way of working
