Role Summary :

- Works closely with the Customers, Internal Stakeholders, Developers, Senior Management, Business Operations and other QA staff to decompose high- level business and user requirements into a detailed Project plan and ensure services are delivered on time, quality and within approved budgets.

Key requirements :

- Hands-on experience in using project management tools (MPP) - a PMP is preferred or someone who is keen to pursue in future.

- Person with experience in handling eGovernance projects especially interfacing with Govt projects is preferred.

- Should possess excellent communication skills (presentation, validation, demonstration) with high level of focus to detail and information sensitivity

- Ensures in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules.

- Manages resources in accordance with project schedule.

- Consistently delivers high-quality services to the stakeholders.

- Understands the components of running a fiscally successful project

- Elicit requirements in most accurate manner focusing at different audiences.

- Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources & reconciliation

- Proactively in mitigating issues at Project level and team level.

- Assesses the risks of various solutions and prioritizes competing business demands

- Plan work schedule to all the team members associated with a Project or Product / Service.

- Ensure all the projects are provided with high quality, low cost and meet timelines.

- Develop requirements specifications according to standard templates & using past knowledge.

- Serves as the conduit between the customer community (internal and external customers) and the software development team through which requirements flow.

- Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyse trade-offs between usability and performance needs.

- Should provide accurate project status reports as per the business requirement.
