Role : HCM Functional Consultant

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Sydney, Shanghai AND Philippines.

- We are looking for dynamic, self-driven, achievers who have preferably, implemented at-least 1 or more full cycle HCM Payroll implementation for any of the following countries - Singapore, Malaysia, China, Philippines, Thailand, Taiwan, Indonesia, Myanmar, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Sydney

- Should have hands-on Implementation experience in SAP / Oracle / Workday / PeopleSoft HCM in Payroll and Time & Attendance Module

- Multi-Country payroll experience, excellence in client handling with good communication skills will be an added advantage.

You will be responsible for :

- Sharing best practices, understanding customer's business processes and mapping to Ramco's HCM Product, engaging with customers, documenting, testing and user training.

Desired Skills & Experience :

Experience : 5+ Years

Education : Graduate /Post Graduate in HR or Similar discipline or MBA with good academic Scores.

- Good Knowledge of HCM/Payroll Domain

- Expertise in Country Statutory - SG/MY/PH/IN

- Minimum 2 APAC implementations as Business Analyst/ Functional consultant

- Willing to travel.

- Good communication & Interpersonal skills, extrovert
