International payroll experience, excellence in client handling with good communication skills will be an added advantage.   - We are also open to qualified HR professionals, with knowledge of latest people practices and experience, using HCM product extensively.   You will be responsible for: sharing best practices; understanding customer's business processes and mapping to Ramco's HCM Product; engaging with customers; documenting, testing and user training.   Required Skills :   - Should have dealt with the Implementation cycle   - Managing customer Expectation / Ensuring Customer Satisfaction   - Interaction with product team to ensure geography needs are taken care of in the product   - Knowledge of End to End implementation process. Implementation experience is an added advantage   Qualification : BE / MBA from Premier Institutes
