The role is for Operation Managers to be responsible for the coordination of all infrastructure operations, between Japan and India and delivery of all contracted services. They will provide leadership and direction to the delivery team, overseeing programs, projects, processes and business strategies, delivering on all performance SLA's. They will ensure client needs are satisfied by constructing strong business relationships between the project management team, Client, vendors, and subcontractor organizations, managing these parprolimtnerships to ensure outstanding client satisfaction. Strong leadership skills are needed to build a cohesive team that utilizes all of their talents in the proper area's to achieve the desired results consistently. They manage contractual cost, billing and service delivery as it relates to the overall delivery of the solution. They are responsible for contract profitability and identifying growth opportunities as it leads to overall solutions for Client They own quality for the service delivery organization and are responsible for tracking and reporting on service level performance, interfacing directly with the Client. Having high level knowledge of the Project Management methodologies would be beneficial to have to ensure a strong start to this engagement.  The Operation Manager is the cornerstone to Service Delivery Excellence. The Operation Manager ensures client needs are satisfied by constructing a good relation between the teams. The Operation Manager provides account leadership to the service delivery team to develop program, project, product, and business strategies, implementing resulting solutions to meet contract deliverables. He /She manages cost, schedule, and service deliverable as they relate to the delivery organization. He/she supports the PE in identifying growth opportunities and contract profitability, owns service delivery quality and is responsible for tracking and reporting service level attainment/objectives.  The Operation Manager may also perform the lead Service Delivery Manger role where appropriate to a client account.   Desired Candidate Profile:  - Lead and develop large teams to support all IT operations(24- 7), and set up centers of excellence for various operational functions.  - Perform day- to-day activities under broad direction, fully accountable for own technical work and/or project/supervisory responsibilities (in forms of objectives).  - Map out and measure new and existing processes. Analyze operational data to spot patterns and improvement opportunities. Reengineer existing processes and design new processes to dramatically improve productivity, quality and service, ensuring appropriate stakeholder input and buy-in  - Identify creative ways to leverage information technology to achieve or support these objectives with automation.  - Build quantified business cases to justify new investments. Work closely with the engineering teams to implement the desired functionalities.  - Work across teams to ensure system changes are fully tested and achieve expected results. Support process and system implementation through appropriate documentation and contribution to training material.  - Implement KPI measurement/reporting, continuous improvement programs and effective governance mechanisms.  - Develop action plans for Project Work as required for Services, and accountable for project completion. Work with other Project Managers and stakeholders during the handover of services to BAU.  - Provide ownership of complex Incident and Problem cases.  - Ensure prompt and efficient resolution of incidents, meeting SLA requirements.  - Manage and engage with multiple inter-geographic stakeholders as required.  - Monitoring and Management of customer solutions, including Inventory administration and updates  - Ensure system security by applying industry standard best practice and correct security controls are maintained to meet the requirements of business compliance polices.  - Manage the day to day Service Delivery operations and act as interface between Delivery and client  - Assist clients in the achievement of their key business imperative.  - Achieve agreed Account satisfaction targets and drive improvements in service quality.  - Follow standard Service Management processes and adopt tools as appropriate.  - Assist PEs in the identification of business growth opportunities.  - Develop and drive Service improvements based on RCAs, trends and client inputs.  - Ensure day-to-day service operations communications are delivered to the client.  - Provide leadership and direction to the Service Delivery teams involved in service delivery.  - Support Proposal development for account including qualification of new business opportunities  - Continually identify ways to reduce costs, enhance service and process quality.  - Provide appropriate account specific information to service suppliers.  Key Competencies :  - Able to Identify, implement, manage and establish own milestones & team objectives, and delegate responsibilities.  - Ensure Self-initiated work environment under variety of work and team development activities.  - Strong analytical, quantitative skills & Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.  - Experience managing and motivating teams.  - Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment; willingness to make changes or adapt as the situation dictates.  - Excellent organizational skills; ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks.  - Ensure communication & regular interaction that Influences organization, customers, suppliers and peers within industry on the contribution of own specialism.  - Responsible for the work of others and for the allocation of resources, including decision making which impacts on the success of assigned projects i.e. results, deadlines and budget.  - Responsible for managing complex technical and professional work activities, manage all expenditure commitments (orders, contracts, budgets) and payments and device and implement application of fundamental principles in a wide and often unpredictable range of contexts.  - Able to Understand the relationship between own specialism and wider customer/ organizational requirements.  - Business skills - devise, implement and advise on the available standards, methods, tools and applications relevant to own specialism and can make correct choices from alternatives through maximizing utilization whilst ensuring that resource is not over committed and expectations of customers are met.  - Lead & communicate effectively, formally and informally, with colleagues, subordinates and customers that ensures & provide platform to analyze, diagnose, design, plan, execute and evaluate work to time, cost and quality targets.  - Identifying skills gaps and planning training for all team members to ensure that the levels of competence are maintained.  - Proactively managing of Service Levels and KPI's.  - Passion for analyzing problems designing creative solutions in the form of process design and automation, driving continuous performance improvement.  - Close attention to detail and accuracy.
