Raksha Technologies - Executive/Sr Executive - Business Development (2-5 yrs)
Job Title : Business Development Executive / Sr. BDE
Report To : Manager - Sales / VP Sales
Job Purpose:
Industry knowledge, networking skills, marketing / sales orientation, high energy levels, ability to meet sales targets, communication & presentation skills, Researching & Prospecting skills, sound understanding of business principles.
Key Responsibilities :
- Bid management processing and manage order levels maintaining the CRM database
- Undertake regular project reviews with all involved in these processes to ensure transfer of knowledge
- Provide regular feedback to senior management about marketplace and competitor activity
- Work with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns to support Sales Strategy. Generate new business and raise awareness of our company products & solutions
- Develop effective working relationships with customers through regular meetings and identify and obtain further sales and business development opportunities
- Identify requirements for new products & services to anticipate and potentially lead the market.
- Apply Company wide project management standards in preparing bids and contracts, responding to customer needs and managing the sales process from opportunity identification to customer sign off.

- Need based cold calling over telephone and in person
- Fixing up joint calls with colleagues and vendors
- Preparing wish list of prospects
- Attending events for knowledge acquisition
- Networking with customers vendors over events
- Attending various seminars and events
- Following up with leads through various sources (events and other leads) for soliciting business
- Work independently to achieve group targets
Skills / Qualification / Requirements :

- Well verse in MIS & Presentation skills
