Job Description: AGM / DGM - IT & Consultant FI-CO

Location: Samalkot - 533 440 East Godavari Dist., Andhra Pradesh.

Conditions: Candidate should not be over 42 Years of Age.

Responsibilities:

Manager-SAP Support Related:

- Head the IT team

- Lead the team of in-house and outsourced SAP and IT consultants for all SAP/IT related activities

- Work in collaboration with various department heads to ensure smooth implementation, operations and maintenance of SAP

- Offer technical and SAP-related support to the reengineering of processes for radical gains by way of productivity, controls and costs

FI-CO Related:

- Study the processes in the Finance and Costing Departments, identify and fulfil the gaps in processes & MIS

- Institute new processes in SAP

- Present detailed AS-IS and TO-BE analysis, functional and technical specifications

- Lead cross functional teams for testing and implementing the processes

- Support FI/CO activities including month-end closing, costing runs and audits

IT Process Related:

- Convert TO-BE process map into functional specifications for SAP

- Oversee the integration of the functional and technical aspects of the SAP templates/processes

- Participate in user acceptance testing and help to ensure smooth transport of code/processes to the working levels

- Train and handhold end-users

- Interact with managers and end users to resolve incidents by developing workarounds, submitting defects and change requests

- Work with consultants to resolve incidences and effect standardizations/best practices inprocess configurations and controls

- Accountable for the accuracy and completeness of documentation to support change requests

- Manage tickets and provide documentation for incident and problem reports

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 10 years of progressive SAP experience and 5 years of SAP-FICO experience; preferably within a process manufacturing environment

- SAP certificate holder of SAP FI/CO, preferably

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or universityand/or MBA from a reputed institute

- Hands on experience in configuring SAP FICO processes
