We want to build solutions to these exciting problems that are scalable, performant, and elegant, and looking for extraordinary people to join us do just that!  Desired experience & Skills :   Creativity and fresh contemporary thought is extremely important   Create, manage and experiment with new user acquisition campaigns. Create and discover new channels and strategies to grow RailYatri's user base   Analyze RailYatri's conversion funnel and identify areas where new strategies can be implemented to increase user acquisition   Strong understanding of the current digital landscape and experience with social media management and monitoring   Identify trends and insights, and optimized spend and performance based on the insights   Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate and optimize growth strategy   Experience of online marketing channels/ marketing communications programs- user demand/ acquisition, ASO/SEO/SEM, PPC campaigns, Social Media campaigns etc.   Experience of Google Adwords   Nice to have content marketing experience   Involvement in designing for a mobile and responsive site would be an advantage   Excellent project management skills, prioritize workload and a keen eye for detail
