- Responsible for identifying and undertaking automation of HR processes for e.g. Full and Final, attendance, leave etc.
- Giving inputs on better utilization of HR SAP
- Aid in policy making for the Company
- Assist in the performance appraisal process of the Company and in increasing robustness of the process and its communication
- HR Analytics
- Manage benefits policies for the Company
- Keep a track of HR related costs and budget
