Define the 4Ps, customer acquisition strategy and operational plans. (10%)  Marketing Plan : Develop the operating marketing plan working closely with the Management based on roadmap and budgets available. (10%)  Branding & Design : Establish the brand architecture, roadmap and manifestations across all channels and medium including, content, presentation, website, event collaterals, emailers, social media. Be the brand custodian across.   - Position the Management Team as thought leaders in their segment across media (working with the PR lead), social media and event. (10%)  Marketing Communications : Own and develop marketing communications material (including Design) such as whitepapers, case studies, customer pitches, thought leadership PoV material, banners, gifting ideas, (20%)  Events : Plan, develop, execute events (technology, industry verticals, industry associations, speakership opportunities) based on the marketing plan. Scout for event and speakership opportunities participation at third party events. (10%)  Content : Own and develop the entire content strategy and actual development across whitepapers, case studies, website, emailers, blogs, powerpoint materials, banners, social media handles, etc. (30%)  Budget Management : Build realistic budgets and manage activities within said budget. Look at creative means to reach the market and enable customer acquisition (5%)  Internal facing (5%) :  - Drive Internal Communications internally and fostering a culture of communications and efficiency within the organization  Qualities We Are Looking At :  - Full-stack marketer.
