Details:

- Define and implement strategies that will help R Systems to move up the value chain from staff augmentation to becoming a strategic solution provider to direct clients.

- Build long term relationships with direct clients and system integrator s by meeting their IT Consulting resource needs and contributing to their growth.

- The candidate should have experience in business development for "Offshore I.T. Software resources / staff augmentation"

- He/ she must have previous experience of getting business from and handling international clients, primarily in USA.

- Understand the issues and challenges faced by the client executives and provide high level IT consulting to them

- Develop and sustain effective new business relationships with accounts/clients.

- Decent understanding of technology concepts and its application.

- Be conversant with the current advancements in technology and its usage from a business perspective.

- Good presentation skills; must be independent and a self-starter and have high risk taking capabilities.

- He/ she must demonstrate a Can do attitude, willing to go the extra mile.

- Candidate must be willing to work in U.S. time zone.

- He/ she must possess Bachelor's degree.
