Job Description:   - Develop and implement market growth strategies that drive increased brand awareness, customer value and traction for the site.   - The candidate will help draw up the strategic road-map for consumer acquisition and implement key interventions to achieve those goals.   - He/she will also develop and refine key marketing processes, identify and lead significant marketing innovation projects and manage marketing as a key growth driver for the business.   Key Responsibilities:   - Creating and running the integrated brand marketing plan for Qyk.   - Driving the business forward through both online and conventional channels.  - Responsible for delivering the company's marketing plans including brand positioning, customer segment selection and penetration plans.   - Responsible for marketing communications including digital and conventional branding, public relations, advertising, seminars and events, marketing collateral materials, TV shows and market research management.   - Responsible for the development and implementation of consumer research plans and drive relationships with market research partners.  - Run queries on own data and use external data sources for analysis to support decision making process.  - Ability to plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels.   Competencies:   - Excellent data analysis skills and ability to interpret key consumer indices, brand parameters, internal consumer and competitive data.  - Excellent understanding of the Media landscape- Digital & Conventional media.   - Managing relationships with various external stakeholders- Media & Creative agencies, research partners, Business partners etc. to deliver business results.  - Demonstrated skill in the design and execution of marketing, communications and public relations activities, including marketing collaterals.  Qualifications:  - MBA from a top tier 1 university (IIMs, ISB) is mandatory.  - 2 - 4 years of quality experience in Brand Management.   Job location: Bangalore, HSR  Company profile:  QYK [QykApp.com]  QYK, is a company founded by 4 IIT graduates whose aim is to build a solution for hiring a local service provider.  It is a young at heart, rapidly growing and budding organization, which gives you the exposure to multiple verticals within its system, and various facets of Social Media Marketing.
