- Burning desire to make a mark as a marketeer and believes corporate ladders are too long to climb & start-up / - entrepreneurial stint is his / her way
- Believes yearly increments is your organisations way of keeping you at par with inflation
- Filled with creativity and consumer insights

Responsibilities:
- Brand management, strategy and evolution
- Understanding the brand proposition and adjust the levers to align it with market evolution.
- Strategize and execute new and relevant marketing campaigns and promotion plans to drive brand visibility, traffic and transactions.
- Develop market strategies to gain market share and achieve top and bottom line targets for the brand
- Design effective and innovative integrated marketing campaigns across mediums like BTL, Digital, Mobile, Print and Radio.
Apart from said salary, Equity options can be discussed.
