Location: Hyderabad

Roles & Responsibilities

- Developing a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of sales goals and profitability.

- Preparing action plans for prospecting and lead generation

- Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFP responses.

- Build strong relationships with key decision makers within target IT organizations across India.

- Build strong and well balanced network within the target industry and constantly engage customer and prospective customers with a focus on business acquisition.

Prerequisites :

- Proven track record of success of Business Development within the IT industry

- Prefer candidates with software sales experience or marketing services firms.

- Experience in the end-end solution selling process

- Excellent verbal and business communication with ability to make high impact presentations.

- Strong contacts with IT organizations across India and USA

- A graduate with atleast 2-3 years of relevant business development/sales experience.

- Highly motivated and collaborative team player.

- Experience with marketing technology or services sales is desirable

- Positive, can-do attitude with a passion for business development & Sales

Compensation :

Industry standard compensation based on experience along with bonus based on sales performance.
