The role will be 100% new business and will be responsible for marketing, identifying and prospecting potential new clients, lead generation, bid management and pre-sales. Services and Solutions will include Information Security Audit, Ethical Hacking and Penetration Testing and consulting Services, Managed Security Services, Digital Forensics and Incident Response Investigations.  This job will be achieved by utilizing your sales skills and knowledge of the security industry to identify and develop client opportunities from within the commercial, industrial and residential sectors. Organization is looking for a self-motivated, organized and resourceful candidate who connects with people and can build a network of customers. To be successful candidate will have creative lead-generating techniques and the drive to exceed sales goals. Candidate should have high level communication and selling skills to present innovative security solutions to customers, overcome obstacles and close deals quickly.  The Sales Representative performs the following duties:  Identify potential prospects within the target market.  Outbound lead generation across India.  Proactively target new customers through cold calling and lead generation campaigns.  To win business opportunities in order to achieve agreed sales and invoiced gross margin targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.   Leads proposal development matching customer needs, on both the approach, the deliverables, the delivery team and the budget.  Create and Leverage a well thought out Opportunity and Territory Management plan to rapidly develop territories into revenue contribution and rapidly move opportunities through the pipeline. Must be able to motivate the team to weekly, monthly and quarterly exceed our Enterprise Security Services.  Develop and maintain a substantial pipeline of qualified opportunities and consistently maintain an accurate forecast.  Working closely with our partner team, create and execute a plan to build world class, value add partners across the region. The benchmark of success will be very few 'direct' deals and true 'force multiplication' working closely with our partners, in addition to leveraging the partner community to increase Intel Security market share.  Ability to sell in a direct and channel model.  Manage existing customer relationship and identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities to drive revenue growth.  Work closely with existing customers to discover their needs, and align SEQRITE Services to address their needs  Utilize additional sales resources to target and identify new business targets  Identify and understand customer - Pain points- and craft suitable solutions  Build long-term, productive, and mutually beneficial relationships with existing and new customers  Build and lead a strong Business development, sales and marketing team.   Skills and Experience Requirements:  Candidates who have a minimum of 4-5+ year's business development sales experience with at least 3+ years relevant experience in Cyber Security Consulting Firm as sales or business development manager.   Preferred experience of selling to Director/VP and CISO-level executives.  Must be a Self-Starter with a highly entrepreneurial spirit, must be a strong sales "hunter"  Demonstrable track record of creating and managing high performance Sales teams  Knowledge about Managed Security Services, including SOC and Cyber Security Consulting domains. Global knowledge on other Cybersecurity products and solutions is a plus.  Experience selling security services such as a Security Operations Centre, Threat intelligence services, Digital Forensics & Incident response services and Cyber Security consulting engagements  Strong oral (phone) and written (email) communication skills.  Experience of selling in Banking, Insurance, FMCG and/or Manufacturing sectors preferred.  Ability to multi-task  Excellent problem solving skills  Strong organizational Skills  Deadline and detail oriented  Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
