Qubole - Manager - HR Operations (4-7 yrs)

Responsibilities :

Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Other duties may be assigned

HR Operations :

- Accurately maintain employee records including on-boarding, off-boarding, employee personal and employment data, mass data changes and employment adjustments and exit data

- Verification of employment

- Maintain employee data base (new hires, transfers, employee changes)

- Tier 1 support for all program launches (Annual Review, Survey, R&R, Performance Management)

- Employee Relations - First point of contact to handle inquiries from employees and managers

- Provide prompt, courteous and accurate support in resolution of human resource transactions

- Promptly escalate issues to Payroll, IT and other areas of HR

- Audits and updates HR data and systems

- Assist with all audit requests (external & internal) pertaining to employee records

- Continually evaluate existing work processes to come up with process improvements. Able to do simple reporting/collating by pulling data from the system as and when required.

- Scan, stores and retrieves employee work documents

- Maintain confidentiality as it pertains to all HR and Payroll information. Adheres to the Code of Conduct and Values of the company

- Has a fairly good understanding of Service Level agreements (SLA) and assignments

Site HR :

- Support all site related program end to end for (Vendor Management, etc.), any ad-hoc site support

- Employee Engagement

Required :

Bachelor's degree or an equivalent degree (MBA - HR preferred)

Strong communication and organizational skills

High confidentiality and integrity

Proven ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment

- Team player with good relationships with co-workers and supervisors

- Ability to work on multiple systems at any given time

- Fast learner with ability to deal with ambiguity

Preferred :

- 4-7 years of HR experience

- Experience in shared services environment or similar environment

- HRIS experience

- Experience working for a global company

- Workday, TALEO experience a plus
