Quantitative Business Model Analyst - Renewable/Energy - IIM/XLRI/FMS (1-3 yrs)
Job description May include the following:
- Identify value levers to measure the investments, returns etc. for specific sustainability initiatives
- Map as is and to be states for the client's target operating model.
- Be able to efficiently engage client on aspects related to Sustainability (such as emissions, renewable sources of energy, energy efficiency etc.) and assist in developing solutions for identified opportunities encompassing resource allocations, risk management, time/task analysis, and estimating factors.
- Execute project management through both offshore / onsite delivery model (depending on project requirements)
- Support client buy in process
- Strengthen offerings development of collateral, methodology refinements, best practices updates and trends tracking, create and support proposals.
Experience and qualifications required :
Specific experience will include :
- Strong academic background
- MBA from (IIM A, B, C, K,L, I), XLRI, FMS.
- Engineering background (especially in Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, Environment) would be preferred.
Industry - Automotive, Telecom, Power, Energy, Aero-space, High-Tech, Industrial Equipments.
Required capabilities / experiences :
- 1 - 2 years of experience in projects related to building quantitative business models.
- Some experience of global sustainability issues (emissions, climate change action, resource constraints etc.)
- Basic understanding of initiatives / actions undertaken by entities such as CDP, WEF, UNGC etc.
Additional preferences :
- Understanding of concepts related to sustainability performance management (SPM), Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), Smart City concepts etc.
- Some experience of working with international clients through offshore delivery model.
