Senior Specialist - Learning and Development
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Undertake organization wide training-need-analysis
- Design and deliver soft skill training programs and identify external training partners for technical skill training administration
- Create and maintain an employee development plan and training calendar based on performance appraisal and training need assessment outcomes
- Identify training infrastructure need and provide cost effective solutions
- Ensure maintenance of training records
- Develop high potential identification and development programs
- Create and implement customized Campus Program for Graduate Engineer/MBA hires
- Create effective processes for monitoring and measuring training processes
QUALIFICATION REQUIRED:
- Post Graduate in Human Resources (Preferred)
EXPERIENCE:
- 2 - 5 years of overall experience in HR Learning and Development for the IT/Analytics/Start-up
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Subject matter expert in driving Learning and Development
- Building effective relationships with staff, partners and leaders
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to think critically and commercially
