QuantInsti opened the doors to global participants in 2012 by introducing virtual classrooms for its flagship E-PAT course and have seen participation from all inhabited continents since then.   Job Description :   - Monitor the lecture delivery to ensure seamless and effective communication between faculty and course participants.   - Create and maintain a weekly progress report of each batch and fulfil the participant needs.   - Keep a track of the assignment and project submissions.   - Act as an effective interface between global participants and faculty; ensure resolution of participants- queries within stipulated turn around time.   - Prepare course schedule for every batch and keeping participants as well as faculty informed of the same.   - Ensure maximum class attendance and participation.   - Taking feedback from Indian and International participants of the program   - Saturday's and Sunday's are working, with compensatory off on weekday(s).  Desired Candidates Profile :   - PGDBM/ MBA from reputed B-school  - Ability to work under pressure  - Excellent oral and written communication skills  - Proficient in Microsoft Office  - Eye for perfection with no room for error given the participant facing role.  - Excellent Communication Skills elucidate goals and reaches agreements maintaining the interests of al departments  - Must be self motivated and go-getter
