Job Description :-
Job Title: Manager/ Sr. Manager- Quality & Process Excellence
Salary: Would be best in the industry.
Education: Any Graduate. Must be six sigma GB/BB/MBB certified from reputed institutes/ organizations
- Ensure that the QC function is running effectively in each client process.
- Ensure improvement initiatives and projects (Six Sigma Projects, AIM, etc) continue to happen in the processes as per business strategy. Drive best practices for process management
- Training and development of direct reports.
- Design procedures & policies for the QC and CE functions on an ongoing basis.
- Support Business Development initiatives for capability building of the function
- Open for night shifts.
- Six Sigma Black Belt Trained /certified and GB certified
- Should have done at least 2 GB Projects or 1 BB project.
- 2 years in Process Excellence (and not transactional quality only)
Exp: 5-9 yrs.
- Six Sigma Black Belt certified.
- Should have,as project Lead,completed at least 2-3 high impact BB projects.
- 2+ years of Process Excellence experience
Exp: 6-10 yrs.
