Job Description

Reporting to the Director Quality and Process Excellence, you will be responsible for:

* Leading end to end projects aimed at business transformation and change management

* Driving quality initiatives within the entire organization at a global scale

* Mentoring six sigma and kaizen projects to facilitate quality deployment, specifically on the finance side

* Managing internal stakeholders for process reviews and system implementations

The Successful Applicant
As a successful applicant, you must be an MBA Finance from a premier institute with science/engineering background and overall 8-10 years of experience in end to end process excellence. You must be six sigma trained with strong project management experience. Prior experience of leading enterprise wide quality initiatives at top tier MNCs is mandatory. Excellent communication and relationship management is highly desirable.
