Quality Manager - Lean/Six Sigma - BPO (8-10 yrs)
Job Role
- To identify problem areas and drive improvement projects based on Lean & Six Sigma methodology
- To facilitate deployment of Quality Infrastructure Processes (QIP)
- To drive data driven culture across the organization by imparting Lean, Six Sigma and various Quality tools trainings
- Lead & mentor Six Sigma & Lean Projects to deliver targeted results
- Develop dashboard for management review
- Implement robust review mechanisms to track progress and for identification of opportunities
- Coordinate with Operations and other Functions to ensure deployment of QIP and adherence to internal & external audit requirements
Basic Educational Qualification - Graduate, preferably with Commerce background
Desired Experience (yrs.)- 8 -10 years
Preferred Age Group (yrs) - 30 - 40 years
Preferred industry background - Finance & Accounting BPO
Essential Attributes/Competencies / Skills
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certified / Trained / Currently in a Black Belt Role
- Should have experience leading 2-3 Black Belt Projects
- Good Analytical Skills & Communication Skills
Should have minimum 8+ years of total experience
- Prior experience working in F&A domain would be an advantage
