Urgent opening with BPO@ Thane for the position of Manager - Quality

Salary Range: Between 16-18 Lac PA (15% Variable)

Shift Timings: 11:30am to 8:30pm (Might have to do night shifts if required)

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Weekly Off: Saturday & Sunday

Education Qualification: Graduate/ Post Graduate

Experience: Min. 8-12 year experience in Quality management for F&A (Finance & Accounts) process

Candidate should be Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certified/ Trained/ Currently in a Black Belt Role and should have experience leading 2-3 Black Belt Projects (This should be mentioned in the resume)

This will be an individual Contributor Role, hence the candidate should be comfortable with the same.

Note: Candidates from Mumbai or Pune will be preferred. Outstation Candidates can also apply, Telephonic/ Skype interview would be conducted for the same.

Job Role

- To identify problem areas and drive improvement projects based on Lean & Six Sigma methodology

- To facilitate deployment of Quality Infrastructure Processes (QIP)

- To drive data driven culture across the organization by imparting Lean, Six Sigma and various Quality tools trainings

- Lead & mentor Six Sigma & Lean Projects to deliver targeted results

- Develop dashboard for management review

- Implement robust review mechanisms to track progress and for identification of opportunities

- Coordinate with Operations and other Functions to ensure deployment of QIP and adherence to internal & external audit requirements

Basic Educational Qualification Graduate, preferably with Commerce background

Desired Experience (yrs.) 8 -12 years

Preferred industry background Finance & Accounting BPO

Essential Attributes/Competencies / Skills

- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certified / Trained / Currently in a Black Belt Role

- Should have experience leading 2-3 Black Belt Projects

- Good Analytical Skills & Communication Skills

- Should have minimum 8+ years of total experience

Reporting to General Manager - Quality

Span of control (if any) Individual Contributor

Shift Timings Rotational Including Night Shifts

- Prior experience working in F&A domain would be an advantage
