POSITION TITLE: Quality Manager (Individual Contributor)

Domain : Investment Banking / Capital Market

LOCATION: Gurgaon

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Develop and Execute on Quality Programmer aligned business operations area

2. Deploy culture of continuous improvement within operations

3. Conduct training on Quality tools to operations teams

4. Lead Lean initiatives and deliver improvement solutions

5. Validate and further develop the business process management within aligned operations area

6. Capture, Validate small scale improvement ideas

QUALIFICATIONS

Required/Preferred

Education: Graduate Degree in Science, Business

- Minimum10 years post-graduation experience

- Demonstrable Quality / Business Process Reengineering experience within Banking Sector operations
eg – Securities Services /Asset Management / Investment Banking /Deep domain understanding of Hedge Funds and related functions - Fund Accounting, Investor Services

- KPI Development and Dashboard Reporting

- Knowledge of Balance Scorecards

- In Role” Black Belt experience within Banking captives / vendors servicing banking clients

- Experience in process centralization / Utility functions

- Metrics & Measurement concept including Baseline approaches, Process Control

- Advanced Data Modeling & Analytical Tools

Certifications:

- Lean / Black Belt in Six Sigma

Skills:

- Ability to coach / mentor operational staff on quality tools

- Ability to deliver Quality trainings

- Outside the Box thinking
