Manager/ Senior Manager Quality
Job Description:
1. Work together with process owners and Operations Leaders to ensure there are appropriate control mechanisms in place to ensure zero surprise operations
2. Work with cross-functional teams (such as operations; support teams) to identify, track and ensure delivery of all GB / Ops initiatives projects.
3. Improve customer satisfaction and reduce process variation through application of Lean Six Sigma tools and tactics
4. Lead Quality Projects for the business, individually complete 2-3 high impact projects per year per corporate guidelines.
5. Identifying areas of significant Customer Business Impact and improvement opportunities therein and provide strategic direction & thought leadership
6. Focus on Process improvement and cost reduction for clients to deliver tangible benefits
7. Lead and Implement business process management system
8. Drive and Track Quality DNA - training, testing & certification, Lead any other analytics and productivity initiatives that come up
9. Coaching and Mentoring Process Owners and Team Members in DMAIC and Lean
Candidate Profile:
1. Should have experience in F&A
2. Preferred Green Belt/Black Belt certified
3. Should have understanding of Lean and Six Sigma
4. UK Shift role to be acceptable
5. Open to travel (based on projects)
