The Organization: Our client is a well known company in the Outsourcing Industry

Rationale for this position

Lead a team of Black Belts and Quality Assurance Managers in the execution of ISO & six sigma/Lean methodology implementation and improvements across multiple clients’ projects for clients

Key Responsibilities:

 - Drive Business Process Excellence and Transformation Projects

 - Create and implement BPET strategies

 - Lead and mentor up to 25 high potential GBs and BBs

 - Identify key operating areas for Operations and drive improvement initiatives (Process Improvement / Transformation / Automation etc.) to attain process excellence

 - Facilitate process transitions and SLA adherence for the processes in the vertical

 - Embrace change and drive training on Six-Sigma to help develop Quality DNA within the vertical

 - Facilitate setting up of required infrastructure for implementing the Quality Management System

 - Drive Six-Sigma and Lean projects, QMS within the vertical,

 - Contribute and present in client/customer reviews/meetings.

Requirements

 - MBA

 - MBB certified

 - 10-15 years of experience
