Quality Control - Furniture & Non Furniture

- Ensure quality of incoming product

- Ensure quality of outgoing product.

- Conduct random checking of product.

- Analyze RC for customer complaint and implement preventive action.

- Line balancing of assembly line.

- Check RM availability.

- Review each of the items for the assembly process.

- Ensure execution of PO as per delivery dates.

- Check inventory of relevant components.

- Follow up and monitor the Gantt chart implementation.

- Ensuring adherence to quality standards and maintaining all related documents like FMEA, CAPA, PPAP, PFD, and Control Plan etc

- Identifying areas of quality failures and taking steps to rectify the system wide preventive and corrective actions to avoid the reoccurrences.
