Collaborative work culture.   Position Description :   - Be the focal point of the projects by supporting the leadership in all aspects of project work, while managing and directing junior team members.   - Work collaboratively with senior team to drive excellence in all work and service delivered to clients Take the lead on smaller projects generated.   - Build client relationships and work towards generating projects. Moderate and manage fieldwork in front of clients with confidence.   - Understand project objectives and support leadership in managing the full team to achieve them. Present findings to internal and external stakeholders with authority.   Hiring Profile :   - 4-12 years of overall experience, with at least 3 in qualitative market research, in India.   - The rest may be in account planning, consumer marketing.   - With a post graduate qualification in business administration, communication, market research, sociology, anthropology.   - Conversant, either as a practitioner or user, of modern tools and techniques of market research. Deep exposure to FMCG categories.   - Seeking a long term opportunity to work in the leading edge of consumer research, insights and strategy.
