We are a startup that needs professionals with the passion to drive a business from the grass root  1) We would require the candidate to undergo the Broker's training module and pass the necessary exam as prescribed by the IRDA.  2) On successful appointment with us, the candidate will be registered as a Key Managerial Personnel for our firm with the regulator (IRDA).  Your responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:  a) Work closely with the Principal Officer; setup processes, best practices and ensure compliance  b) Strategically acquire partnerships with Independent Financial Advisors, Agents, Alternate Channels to ensure wider coverage and deeper market penetration  c) Spearhead a team of professionals to drive Sales & Marketing, Telemarketing, MIS, Infrastructure assuring strong partnerships with various insurers  d) Responsible for delivering revenue, profit and market share growth in competitive segments  e) Interacting with various department Heads of Insurance companies for the placement of business, claims, etc.  f) Training and development of in-house Insurance team to better prepare them for the field experience
