Position: Business Manager/ Business Development Manager

Location: Mumbai

Role:

Incumbent would be a part of QAI for its Training Division. QAI's Training Division has training offerings for organizations and individuals. Broadly the responsibilities would include:

- To Hunt and Farm Key Accounts in Western Region.

- Responsible for Growing Sales in assigned Territory

- Client Solutioning

- Key Account Management of QAI's Large Corporate Accounts

- Act as a SPOC for all clients related requirement

Qualification: Preferably an MBA with 6-9 years of experience in selling solutions & trainings.

Skills Required:

- Must have Experience in Selling Training Programs, Certification or Assessments.

- Strong communication & presentation skills,

- Understand workforce development needs.

- Must be Responsive and Strong on Follow Ups.
