The key challenge today in personal safety is that all platforms provide information access only AFTER an incident occurs AND only when the victim triggers the system. We are changing the market by:
1. Predicting potential incidents without victim intervention
2. Creating on-ground partnerships to provide support as needed

What are we looking for:
An experienced technology guy, passionate about changing the world for the better. There would be many challenges on the way, many questions that we need to answer, so you will need to continuously think & help improve the offering. This model would leverage strongly on technology, so a deep understanding as well as desire to learn new technologies is critical. Simply put, you have to be crazy enough to see the vision & buy into it completely.
Skills required:
1. Capability to setup the technology on your own. We will hire as required slowly, but you need to have the skills to implement front end, backend & server tech on your own.
2. Long term vision on scaling this massively. Also, knowledge or eager to learn on building predictive algorithms
