Specific services include analytics to uncover and realize new revenue and cost savings; information management to track and measure key strategic business metrics not available otherwise, and information strategy to identify ways of using information to increase competitive advantage and to improve underlying information architecture for sustained, cost-effective delivery of higher quality information throughout the enterprise.  Position: Senior Associate  We are looking for Senior Associates with 4-7 of experience, to work in the Healthcare sector of our practice in Mumbai.  Senior Associates work with clients through all stages of consulting projects: identifying the major issues that the client is facing, generating hypotheses against those issues, structuring and performing analyses, identifying creative but pragmatic options against the identified issues, developing conclusions, making strategic recommendations, and then developing plans to operationalize the agreed strategy. As a Senior Associate the candidate will often be end to end responsible for a work stream within the project working directly with Strategy & and client team members. The candidate might manage a team of consultants and will work across a variety of industries and often at the client site. Travel can be a part of the job.  Baseline Requirements:  An advanced degree, such as a MBA or PhD from reputed institute(s)  4-7 years of relevant industry or functional work experience showing strong career progression and (academic) achievement  Prior consulting experience in the US market is a plus  Knowledge or exposure to US health system - payor and provider is desirable  Practical experience in one or more of the following:  Strategy or strategic planning  Strategic project leadership  Organizational restructuring/transformation  Finance or business operations  Business development, marketing, or sales  Other Skills and Traits:   Flexible, powerful intellect  Strong team orientation - active listening, commitment to others' success  Demonstrated leadership and initiative  Strong analytic skills  Profound verbal and written skills  Creativity and curiosity  Judgement and maturity  High energy level  Professional integrity  Cultural sensitivity
