Essential Experience:  - Good understanding of Laws and Regulations and drafting on regulatory matters.  - Analytical and critical analysis of the Regulatory affairs.  - Experience in working with the Regulators to draft and research on regulatory matters.  - Experience in working with the Policy Research organisation, Government bodies, Regulators, Ministries for Public Policy Research, drafting briefing notes for the Parliamentarian or Business Chambers, other government bodies.  - Strong Drafting skill and proficiency in English is must.  Roles & Responsibilities:  - Drafting Public Policy bi-monthly newsletter by monitor all emerging regulatory issues, news and development on Public Policy & Regulatory Affairs (PPRA) elements as identified and conduct keywords based search on web/online for those elements.  - Support in drafting representations/position papers / comment letters/agenda notes for submissions before external stakeholders  - Support in developing content for writing article/thought leadership, prepare background materials, research, best practices, and communication aids for addressing key regulatory issues.   - Support in managing content at Public Policy Portal and co-ordinate with IT team for relevant improvement thereof.  - Developing PPTs on various regulatory topics, design surveys and analyze the result thereof.  - Maintaining Minutes of Meetings with various stakeholders at Public Policy Portal and follow up on action items thereof.  Education:  Essential Education Qualification: BA/ MA in Economics, LLB, MBA  Candidate Specifications:   Personal Skills:  - Good with presentations and documentation  - Excellent communication skills  - Ability to handle complex assignment independently  - Team player - Work in a large team with people from diverse backgrounds  - Ability to interact with client  - Ability to take ownership of a project and to accurately and efficiently produce results.  - Ability to communicate results and findings to non-statisticians  - A high level of accuracy and attention to detail  - Capability to work to deadlines and to plan your work  - Problem solving skills
