Experience in Pharma / Healthcare projects would be an added advantage  Managers will work as an integral part of business analytics teams in India alongside consultants in the U.S., leading teams for high-end analytics consulting engagements, providing business recommendations to project teams, and helping provide leadership to the Analytics Consulting practice.   Education: B.Tech./B.E./Master’s Degree/M.Phil./MBA from reputed institute(s) with relevant experience   Required Skills:   Successful candidates will have demonstrated the following skills and characteristics:   - Experience of having excelled in consulting/analytics environment   - Strong aptitude along with good academic and professional background   - Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills   - Managed highly skilled and knowledge intensive teams   - Demonstrated contributions in firm and knowledge building activities such as recruitment, intellectual capital development, staffing, marketing, branding   - Actively involved in mentoring and training junior team-members   - Handled multiple projects simultaneously; structured projects/ engagements for the team   - Supported sales and business development activities   - Passion for building teams   - Exposure to advanced analytics methodologies such as Regression (Linear, Logistic, etc.), Cluster Analysis, CART/CHAID, etc.   - Knowledge of statistical data analysis software like SAS/SPSS   Roles and Responsibilities:   Leadership   - Help Information & Analytics Practice make a bigger impact in Firm’s overall positioning in the market   - Inculcate the Diamond and PwC values across teams   - Work closely with the Analytics Practice and Firm leadership to grow the practice   - Define the scope of work and identify opportunities for over-delivering, creating intellectual capital and building reusable methodology/approach/delivery components   - Help develop careers of and mentor junior team members   Project Delivery and Management   - Structure the approach and deliverables for multiple analytics engagements simultaneously   - Manage communication and project delivery between India and US teams   - Manage client expectations, presentations and act as subject matter expert on analytics discussions   - Manage team members proactively   - Help junior members develop the analytics path to align with overall project objective   - Responsible for checking the methodology and results used by team   - Help assess the impact of work, and conduct so-what analysis   - Develop storylines and make presentations   Firm Building & Intellectual Capital Development   - Contribute to research, white papers, blog, and other IC development activities   - Lead thought leadership efforts, generate new ideas for intellectual capital development   - Develop Practice point-of-view on emerging issues and challenges in the areas of business analytics across industries   - Lead recruitment efforts in India; lead campus and off-campus branding efforts in India   Business Development   - Engage with International clients and adapt to different market maturity stages and business needs   - Active contribution to business development and supporting pre-sales activities   - Support market facing activities such as seminars, event participations   - Help Partners/Directors across the firm in selling analytics projects by acting as a subject matter expert on business development initiatives   - Act as Subject Matter Expert; keep abreast of market developments, identify growth opportunities   What we offer:   - Diamond works with an impressive array of leading companies that are strategically dependent on information and technology, thus providing an opportunity to work with clients across industries and functions   - An excellent opportunity to switch careers and/or focus on management consulting   - An opportunity to work with fast paced and innovative environment along with a group of world-class and entrepreneurial professionals
