Only Immediate Joinees Apply  Finance Transformation Experience is an added Advantage.   Location : Bangalore  Work Experience:   - Significant experience in improving efficiency and effectiveness of Finance process in large scale organizations- covering accounting & finance.   - Experience with projects improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the Record to Report (i.e. Close and Consolidation) process.   - Experience with handling General Ledger Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable Fixed Assets, etc. including Budgeting and Forecasting and Internal and External Reporting is preferred.  - Experience with at least one of the following focus areas;finance transformation; performance management; financial systems optimization.  Skills:   The incumbent should be able to demonstrate proven and thorough knowledge /success in supporting large multinational teams through the design and implementation.  The following skills are most essential:   - Strategic and creative thinking and problem solving skills   - Self-motivated and driven requiring minimal direction   - Ability to build solid and collaborative relationships with team members   - Strong communication skills (written and verbal)   - Ability to work flexible / off-hours when needed  - Strong attention to detail  - Desire to work for leading professional services firm on clients based mainly in the US  - Advanced skills in MS Excel / MS Access, MS PowerPoint and MS Word   - Basic understanding of Project Management techniques and tools   Professional & Educational Background and Years of Experience:  - At least one of the following certifications: Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost Accountant (ICWA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)  - MBA in Finance from a premium school  - Our management consulting team currently seeks consulting professionals at multiple levels.
