Experience: 1-6 years   Qualifications: BE/MBA   Industry preference: Public Sector   Must have experience in Big4 or Wipro consulting or NISG / SEMT / NEGD etc.   Skills required:  - Total of 1 to 6 years of experience in process engineering, e-Services and ePortal  - Should have experience of working on DBT / UID Related projects  - Should have worked on Social welfare consulting / IT Implementation projects   - Expertise on process design and documentation;  - Knowledge / certification on process modelling tools will be an added advantage  - Experience with methodologies in business process, project management and system development life cycle;  - Excellent analytical and problem solving capabilities. Includes problem structuring, analysis and ability to translate information into actionable implications and recommendations;  - Facilitation, and influencing skills. Proficiency in negotiating priorities and resolving conflicts among project stakeholders. Able to influence others and function effectively in a collaborative work environment;  - Gap analysis and auditing experience required in the area of organization, process and work products;  - Technical background would be advantage;  - Some Project Management experience preferred;  - Ability to work in a team with all levels of people, both internal and external to the organization;  Desirable: Candidate should have worked in the Government Industry  Skills  - Ability to handle complex assignment independently  - Team player - Work in a large team with people from diverse backgrounds  - Ability to interact with client
