Note: This position is Pune based for the duration of the project (8 months or more) and then the candidate is required to re-locate to Bangalore  Please go through the description thoroughly before applying  Required Experience : Business Analysts with 1 - 2 years of experience  - Must have demonstrated experience of working in a Project environment and understanding of SDLC, Project life cycle activities  - Must have experience in one or more of following - Wealth Management, Trade Operations specifically around trade capture, fund administration, prime brokerage, settlement, corporate actions, collateral management, pricing, securities reconciliation, reference data management  - Must have excellent oral & written communication skills, presentation skills with ability to co-ordinate/conduct meetings  - Good to have Understanding of Business Requirements Document (BRD), process flows by analyzing processes that include banking, organizational, application-related, operations etc.  Roles / Responsibilities :  - Drive stakeholder meetings to elicit business requirements through a variety of methods - interviews, surveys, emails etc. and ensure requirements are adequately reconciled & signed off  - Develop Business Requirement Specs, Use Cases, Logical Data Model, Requirement Traceability matrix etc.  - Communicate with Technical teams and disseminate information on Functional aspects of Business requirements  - Ability to play either PMO or BA role depending on skill fitment & need of the project  Practice Specific :  - Prior expereience with Financial Services clients is required   - This position is Pune based for the duration of the project (8 months or more) and then the candidate is required to re-locate to Bangalore  Qualifications : B.Tech./B.E. with MBA (Finance) OR B.Com/M.Com from Reputed Instiutes
