Preferred Industry- Big 4s and Accenture  Bid Manager, Gurgaon- LBT  - Plan and manage the end-to-end RFP / EOI process  - Management of the entire bid lifecycle with a clear focus to maintain a high "Win to Bid" ratio.  - To manage the bid qualification process for new opportunities.  - Follow PwC's bid management processes and review mechanisms  - Bid planning (Create the proposal schedule and decide roles and responsibilities for team members), tracking, follow up and timely resolution of issues  - Responsible for timely and quality delivery of proposal  - Preparing proposal template, pre-qualification document and technical & commercial offers/proposals   - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders like business team, legal team, risk team, etc  - Bid resource management- Co-ordination with internal teams (Legal, Finance and business teams) and formulation/ management of bid team  - Ensure that bid costs are accurately forecast & managed   - Prepare, update and maintain the credentials, case studies and re-usable components  - Manage internal reviews and approvals- Solution/Legal/ Finance/Business approvals and sign-offs  - End To end responsibility of RFP response   - Individual Contributor Role  Ideal candidate should have:  - Hands-on experience of bid management including pre-sales   - Good communication skills (written & verbal)   - Relationship building skills  - Decision making & Problem solving   - Willingness to learn
